Stories and use cases

Real transformations that the methodology makes possible

We honestly explain what kind of change each Six Seconds framework operated by ROWIIA pursues. No invented metrics: real frameworks, verified cases as the program matures.

Our commitment: we never invent figures or testimonials. What you see here are the frameworks and outcomes the Six Seconds methodology pursues. Verified cases are published only when they exist and with explicit authorization.

Emotional Budgeting

The emotional observability system for people, teams and organizations. Each lens sees the same data according to who is looking and what the data subject consented to.

People

The KCG model (Know · Choose · Give) works the 8 SEI competencies so each person understands what they feel, chooses how to respond and connects with their purpose.

KCG · 8 SEI competencies

Teams

Team Vital Signs (TVS) measures team climate across the 5 drivers and identifies its archetype (Lantern, Map, First Aid Kit or Hiking Boots) to guide development.

TVS · 5 drivers

Organizations

Organizational Vital Signs (OVS) connects climate with four business outcomes: future success, customer focus, productivity and retention. ROI is the outcome; ROE is the engine.

OVS · ROE → ROI

Families

Family Vital Signs (FVS) adapts the model to family systems: it measures how it feels to live in this family today, what sustains it and what depletes it, always with mutual consent.

FVS · bilateral consent

Education systems that learn to feel

A 12-month SEL program that accompanies entire schools. The operational heart is the monthly Quality Coach cycle, which repeats every month throughout the year.

Week 1 — Observation

The Quality Coach observes the classroom with a 3-dimension rubric (emotional openness, connection, transfer). The rubric describes what is observed: it is evidence, not judgment.

Week 2 — 1:1 Feedback

An individual meeting with each teacher. Together they co-build one or two concrete improvements and agree on an explicit commitment for the coming weeks.

Week 3 — Community of practice

A group meeting where learning becomes horizontal: teachers bring real classroom cases, analyze them collectively and leave with next steps.

Week 4 — Supervision

The Quality Coach themselves receives technical supervision from Brain Up backed by Six Seconds, closing the program's quality cycle.

Education Vital Signs (EVS)

Institutional school climate measured across 4 dimensions: emotional safety, connection, belonging and shared purpose. It is aggregated, not individual, and applied in 3 waves during the year to compare progress.

Private student journal

What the student writes is theirs: the school does not see it. Privacy is absolute and differentiating; only configured crisis signals escalate to the support team to protect the student.

A school case coming soon

As institutions complete their year with EmoPower Schools, we will share their verified journeys here, with their authorization.
