Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Rowi is an Emotional Budgeting and Vital Signs platform built on the Six Seconds methodology, with operations managed from Peru. Rowi is an independent entity, solely responsible for the operation of this platform.

2. Use of the service

You must be of legal age or have authorization from your legal representative. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping your credentials confidential.

You may not use Rowi for unlawful purposes, to violate the privacy of third parties, or to extract data in an automated manner without authorization.

3. Intellectual property

The Six Seconds methodology (SEI, Brain Talents, Vital Signs and associated trademarks) is owned by Six Seconds and is used under license/partnership. 'Six Seconds' is a registered trademark of its owner and is not translated nor used outside the terms of that license.

The software, design and implementation of the Rowi platform are owned by Rowi. You acquire no rights over them beyond the use of the service.

4. Not professional advice

Rowi is a tool for the development and measurement of emotional intelligence. It does NOT replace medical, psychological, psychiatric or therapeutic advice. If you are going through a crisis, contact a health professional or a helpline. The crisis detection features escalate signals but do not constitute clinical care.

5. Payments and subscriptions

Paid plans are handled through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account. Refunds are governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.

6. Limitation of liability

Rowi is provided 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rowi shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

Rowi is responsible solely for the operation of its own platform. Six Seconds, as a methodology provider and independent entity, is not responsible for the operation, availability or data processing decisions of the Rowi platform.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can close your account at any time from the settings.

8. Governing law and arbitration

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be definitively resolved through arbitration at law, seated in Lima, Peru, administered in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration center. The arbitration shall be conducted in Spanish before a sole arbitrator.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes. Continued use after notification implies acceptance.
